Today I’m going to talk to you about how a personal trainer could be the difference between you getting to your goal vs not getting to your goal. It’s as simple as setting your mind right for example if you have decided to exercise 3 times per week to achieve your goal, you’ve done 2 sessions and you’ve got 1 more to go. That last session sets a ‘habit’ so in them future weeks when you think you cant do your last session you’ll know in the past you’ve got it in you. It’s all a mental game!
Diet is even harder in many cases as your only in the gym for a few hours a week but diet is in your face 24/7. This is the same principle as exercising its all about routine and habit if you keep doing something over and over it becomes part of your day to day life.
