Exercise is a massive part of my life, it's made me the person I am today. From a young age I played professional football, which allowed me to see just how influential a personal trainer could be.
Following this, I then went on to study Personal Training and other relevant fitness qualifications. I have a passion for helping others achieve their goals and believe in giving my clients value for their money.
Once qualified, I spent a few years working in various gyms such as: PureGym and David Lloyd. I soon realised that there was a real appetite amongst my existing client base to be trained outside of a gym environment.
Fast forward four years and I founded my own Personal Training business, SamBarfieldFitness. As a mobile personal trainer, I bring the gym to you.
Through bespoke training programmes you'll be pushed to achieve the best results possible. Time dedicated to fitness shouldn't feel like a chore. My philosophy is to provide you with the tools and resources to make long-term lifestyle changes.
